SGP laminated glass

SGP laminated glass is a kind of safety glass with higher safety performance and grade.
Laminated glass produced by using SGP film as the intermediate film is transparent, high in mechanical strength, and good in impact resistance. It is currently a glass with high safety performance and has high safety such as explosion-proof, bullet-proof, and typhoon-proof.

Compared with laminated glass produced by PVB, the performance of laminated glass produced by SGP film is more superior, because it has the following properties;
1. It has high bonding ability to glass and strong tear resistance, which can prevent the glass from being broken and scattered.
2. It has strong protection capabilities, can prevent natural disasters and human damage, and has sufficient resistance to strong winds, earthquakes, violence, theft, etc.
3. It can withstand the sudden impact of indoor personnel, prevent the glass from flying or coming out as a whole, and prevent indoor personnel and objects from flying out and falling.
4. There is enough residual bearing capacity, and the whole piece will not fall off when the glass is broken and then bent.
5. SGP film has enough shear modulus to make the entire section of laminated glass bend, improve the load-bearing capacity and bending stiffness of the glass, and reduce the thickness of the glass and the weight of the glass.
6. It can withstand the effects of ultraviolet rays, water vapor and external climate changes, and will not cause yellowing and discoloration after long-term use.
